Our real estate agency earns a commission only when the property is sold. The commission is typically a percentage of the purchase price. The usual local broker commissions in Germany average between 5,95% and 7,14% of the purchase price and are usually equally split between the buyer and the seller. In the Frankfurt Rhine-Main Metropolitan Area, commissions are typically around 7,14% (including tax) of the purchase price. This principle does not apply when renting a property. In that case, the party who commissions the real estate agency pays the fee.
We specialize in homes valued at €500,000 and above. While single-family homes are our primary focus, we also work with high-value apartments that meet this price threshold. If your property fits these criteria, we’d love to discuss how we can position it for the best possible sale.
The current average time to sell a house in the Frankfurt Rhein-Main metro area varies depending on location, property type, and market conditions. Based on recent reports, homes in Frankfurt typically take around 90 to 120 days to sell, but this can be shorter for well-priced properties in high-demand areas.Factors affecting the sale duration include pricing strategy, competition from other listings, and overall market demand. If you’re selling, an effective pricing and marketing strategy can significantly impact how quickly a property moves.
