No. Anyone over 18 can participate. Referrals can come from friends, neighbors, colleagues, or professional contacts. You do not need to be an existing MorgenStreet client.
Private referrals (MorgenStreet Rewards) are paid once a signed listing agreement is in place and validated. Bonus rewards are issued after a successful sale or purchase. For commercial partners (Ambassador Program), payments are made net-30 against invoice after milestones are met.
Yes. Both tracks are fully compliant with German law (§34c GewO) and GDPR. Referrals are handled transparently, and payouts are only made when all legal requirements are met. No chain referrals or unverified contacts are accepted.
Private referrals: simply request and sign the Referral Agreement with us. Commercial partners: apply as a MorgenStreet Ambassador and sign the Partner Agreement that defines scope, compliance, and payouts.
Yes. You can refer property owners looking to sell, or qualified buyers ready to purchase. Both types of introductions are eligible, provided they meet our criteria and are not already known to us.
Private referrals: €225 per valid introduction, plus tier bonuses as you climb from Bronze to Gold status. Ambassador partners: €300 per valid lead plus 10% of MorgenStreet’s earned net commission.
Referrals are only valid if the contact is new to us. If the client has already been introduced or is in discussions with MorgenStreet, the referral will not qualify.
Not for private referrals. For commercial Ambassador partners, exclusivity may be considered for top performers and negotiated in a separate agreement.
