I’m Mario Ricketts, founder of MorgenStreet, a boutique real estate agency based in Frankfurt am Main. Real estate is more than transactions to me — it’s about guiding people through one of the most important decisions of their lives with clarity, trust, and discretion.

My own first home purchase in 2022 opened my eyes to how challenging and confusing the process can feel, especially for first-time buyers and sellers. That experience inspired me to build the kind of agency I wished I had at the time: one that combines professionalism with empathy, expertise with approachability.

My background is in sales, marketing, and home renovation, which gives me a sharp eye for potential others might overlook. Whether it’s positioning a property for maximum value, spotting a high-potential investment, or creating a seamless client journey, I bring a level of detail and care that makes a difference.

At MorgenStreet, I specialize in luxury and prime residential properties in Germany, with a curated international reach — including select opportunities in Panama. I feel at home in the luxury real estate market, yet remain grounded in the values that matter most: trust, discretion, and long-term relationships.
