MorgenStreet is a boutique real estate agency based in Oberursel (Taunus) near Frankfurt am Main, with international reach. We help clients buy and sell premium residential properties and invest in real estate by combining trust, creativity, and a deep commitment to exceptional client experiences. Our customers include local homeowners and international buyers, and investors who value our professional service with a personal touch.
Our mission is to empower families and investors to turn their property dreams into reality while shaping a future of impactful and sustainable real estate practices.
We are a remote-first company — our team works from around the world, from Germany to Mauritius to Guatemala. What connects us is a shared culture of trust, ownership, and long-term thinking. We value entrepreneurial spirit, creativity backed by data, and building genuine relationships with our clients.
At MorgenStreet, you will create outstanding client experiences while building a globally connected brand. Every team member plays a vital role in shaping our culture and driving our success.
As Creative Director, you will be responsible for shaping and safeguarding the entire visual and experiential identity of MorgenStreet. In a digital-first, remote agency where clients interact primarily through our website, media, and marketing content, your role is foundational. You will set the creative vision for the brand, ensuring that every touchpoint — from property listings and social media to events and client communications — reflects the premium quality, trust, and long-term thinking that define MorgenStreet. This is a senior leadership role that combines strategic direction, brand stewardship, and creative innovation. While you may remain hands-on in certain areas, your primary focus will be leading the creative function, guiding both in-house talent and external partners, and ensuring that creativity directly contributes to business growth.
As Creative Director, you will define MorgenStreet’s brand identity and visual strategy. You will maintain and evolve a cohesive design system that informs all media, ensuring consistency across channels and campaigns. Your responsibility extends to overseeing website design, video storytelling, advertising creative, and brand experiences.
You will lead a network of designers, videographers, photographers, and agencies, providing direction, feedback, and guidance to ensure world-class outputs. You’ll also collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and the Founder to ensure creative initiatives align with broader business objectives.
Your role will involve driving innovation in storytelling and design. You’ll introduce new creative formats, experiment with content approaches, and bring fresh ideas that differentiate MorgenStreet in a competitive market. At the same time, you’ll ensure creative processes are systemized, scalable, and reliable, so the brand grows with consistency.
You bring 7+ years of professional creative experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates both exceptional design work and creative leadership. You have led teams or projects across digital, media, and brand identity, ideally in premium industries such as real estate, lifestyle, or luxury services.
You are highly proficient in advanced design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow, motion graphics platforms), with strong understanding of UX, responsive design, and creative production workflows. You know how to balance aesthetics with functionality and how to ensure creativity serves business objectives. Experience working in international or remote-first teams is a plus.
The Creative Director reports to the Founder & Managing Director and works in close partnership with the Head of Marketing. Success in this role will be measured by the strength and recognition of MorgenStreet’s brand identity, the effectiveness of creative assets in supporting growth, and the ability to lead a scalable creative function.
Performance Metrics
You should have deep mastery of creative tools and platforms, but more importantly, you must know how to direct others in using them. You’ll set standards for design systems, oversee web updates, and ensure creative excellence across all media.
Technical Skills
As a leader, you must combine creative vision with the ability to inspire, guide, and collaborate. You should be an exceptional communicator, able to explain creative rationale to both business stakeholders and creative contributors. You must be highly organized, balancing multiple projects while ensuring quality and consistency.
You should lead with empathy and trust, fostering a culture where creativity thrives but also serves business goals. An entrepreneurial mindset will help you adapt to change, experiment boldly, and drive innovation. Above all, you should lead with integrity, building a brand that clients and team members are proud to be associated with.
Human Skills
The Creative Director role is designed as the pinnacle of MorgenStreet’s creative track. Initially, you will focus on consolidating and elevating the brand identity while leading day-to-day creative projects. Over time, this role evolves into a strategic leadership position with broader influence — shaping the agency’s culture, forging creative partnerships, and contributing to the long-term positioning of MorgenStreet as a premium, international real estate brand.
