At MorgenStreet, our agents are trusted advisors. You guide families and investors through one of life’s most meaningful decisions — buying or selling a home — while reflecting our values of trust, creativity, and long-term relationships. You will work with us as an independent real estate agent, representing the MorgenStreet brand while running your commercial business with full entrepreneurial freedom. This means you decide how to win and serve clients, organize your schedule, and shape your client relationships — while operating under our brand and benefitting from our premium marketing infrastructure, CRM systems, and international reach. For legal clarity, this collaboration is defined as an Independent Commercial Agent under Section 84 of the German Commercial Code (HGB). It is a 100% commission-based role with no fixed salary or fixed hours. The collaboration is governed by a Handelsvertretervertrag (§ 84 HGB), which defines the commission split, brand use, and framework for cooperation.
As a Real Estate Agent at MorgenStreet, you will represent our boutique agency in guiding families and investors through the buying and selling of premium residential properties. You will independently manage the entire client journey: generating and qualifying leads, conducting consultations, organizing property viewings, and advising on pricing, positioning, financing considerations, and negotiation strategy.
In collaboration with our marketing team, you will prepare and present property listings to the highest standard, ensuring each home is showcased with premium storytelling and professional media. You will manage documentation and coordinate with notaries, lenders, and partners to ensure a seamless process for clients.
A central part of your role is relationship building. You will cultivate a personal network of buyers, sellers, and referrers, while nurturing long-term trust with past clients. You will also share insights from the market with the MorgenStreet team, contributing to continuous improvement.
This role is fully remote with in-person client interactions across the Frankfurt Rhine-Main region. It is designed for entrepreneurial professionals who thrive in a high-trust, performance-driven culture and who embody MorgenStreet’s values of trust, creativity, and long-term relationships.

This model ensures a fair balance amongst agents and between agents and brokerage. Agents can maximize their earnings early, while MorgenStreet retains enough margin to reinvest in marketing, lead generation, events, and brand development — creating long-term sustainability compared to many established agencies.
MorgenStreet provides brand visibility, brokerage license, premium marketing infrastructure, CRM tools, and international reach. You provide client acquisition, advisory services, sales execution, and entrepreneurial drive. You are free to structure your work, manage your schedule, and even serve additional clients, provided there is no direct conflict of interest.
To succeed in this role, you bring both the legal foundation and the entrepreneurial mindset that define independent real estate professionals. You are licensed to operate as an Immobilienmakler under § 34c GewO and are willing to work as an Independent Commercial Agent under § 84 HGB. This ensures you have both the formal qualifications and the independence required for a commission-based collaboration.
You bring meaningful experience in real estate sales, premium client services, or related industries. Perhaps you’ve guided clients through high-value decisions before — whether in property, finance, or lifestyle services — and know what it takes to deliver excellence when the stakes are high. What matters most is your ability to combine professional expertise with the entrepreneurial drive to build your own business within the framework of MorgenStreet.
You are results-driven and comfortable working on a commission-only basis, where your income grows in direct proportion to your performance. You know how to manage your own pipeline, set priorities, and stay disciplined without needing external control.
Communication is one of your strongest assets. You can negotiate with empathy, build trust quickly, and communicate with confidence across different cultures and client profiles. Fluency in German is required to serve the local market effectively, while English is highly valued given MorgenStreet’s international client base.
A strong network in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main market is a clear advantage, but not an absolute requirement. What matters most is that you bring the hunger and motivation to grow your reach, win new clients, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor under the MorgenStreet brand.
As an independent Real Estate Agent at MorgenStreet, you do not report in the sense of an employee. Instead, collaboration is based on transparency, outcomes, and shared growth. You align directly with the Founder & Managing Director, and key interactions happen through our CRM system and regular check-ins that focus on client progress and transaction milestones.
Success in this role is measured by the value you create for clients and the growth you contribute to the MorgenStreet brand. We look at tangible results — satisfied clients, completed transactions, and referrals — rather than hours worked or methods used.
Key Performance Indicators
As an independent Real Estate Agent, you run your own business within the MorgenStreet framework. That means being comfortable with the digital tools and workflows that keep clients informed and transactions moving. While you are not expected to design marketing materials, you should know how to prepare listings, update client records, and coordinate digital tasks with precision.
Mastering these skills ensures you can operate independently, keep your pipeline organized, and deliver a consistent premium client experience.
