MorgenStreet is a boutique real estate agency based in Oberursel (Taunus) near Frankfurt am Main, with international reach. We help clients buy and sell premium residential properties and invest in real estate by combining trust, creativity, and a deep commitment to exceptional client experiences. Our customers include local homeowners and international buyers, and investors who value our professional service with a personal touch.

Our mission is to empower families and investors to turn their property dreams into reality while shaping a future of impactful and sustainable real estate practices.

We are a remote-first company — our team works from around the world, from Germany to Mauritius to Guatemala. What connects us is a shared culture of trust, ownership, and long-term thinking. We value entrepreneurial spirit, creativity backed by data, and building genuine relationships with our clients.

At MorgenStreet, you will create outstanding client experiences while building a globally connected brand. Every team member plays a vital role in shaping our culture and driving our success.

Role Overview

As Web & Media Designer, you will be responsible for MorgenStreet’s digital presence across our website, visual assets, and marketing materials. Since our agency is fully remote and does not operate from a brick-and-mortar office, our online presence is the foundation of our brand and the main way clients interact with us. Your role is to ensure that this presence is not only functional and up-to-date, but also visually distinctive and consistent with MorgenStreet’s premium positioning.

Core Responsibilities

You will manage and maintain our Webflow website, ensuring that property listings, career pages, and company content are always current and polished. This includes implementing design updates, optimizing layouts for responsiveness, and ensuring smooth user experiences across desktop and mobile.

Beyond the website, you will support brand communication through visuals and media. You will design marketing assets such as social media graphics, presentations, brochures, and campaign visuals, all aligned with our established brand identity. You may also assist with photo and video editing for property showcases, social media, or client stories, ensuring that media content reflects the same level of professionalism as our properties.

Your role is both technical and creative: you will be expected to manage the nuts and bolts of Webflow updates, while also bringing a creative eye to storytelling through visuals. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to translate strategy into design, ensuring that MorgenStreet’s online and media presence both attracts clients and strengthens brand trust.

Experience

You bring 2–4 years of experience in web design, graphic design, or media production, with proven proficiency in tools such as Webflow, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and common video editing software. You are comfortable working in a structured design system but also able to propose improvements that strengthen brand identity.

Experience with responsive design, basic front-end adjustments in Webflow, and content optimization is important. Knowledge of SEO best practices for design and familiarity with CMS-based workflows will be highly valued. You should have a portfolio of design and web work that demonstrates both aesthetic quality and functional execution.

Reporting & Success Metrics

The Web & Media Designer reports to the Marketing Manager (or Head of Marketing until that role is filled). Success in this role will be measured not just by task completion, but by the consistency, creativity, and reliability of MorgenStreet’s digital brand presence.

Key Performance Metrics

  1. Accuracy and timeliness of Webflow updates (property pages, careers, content).
  2. Quality and consistency of visual design across campaigns and materials.
  3. Engagement with visual content (social, web, and campaigns).
  4. Team satisfaction with media and design support.
  5. Contribution to brand recognition and client trust through design.

Technical Skills

Your toolkit should include Webflow for website management and the Adobe Creative Suite for design and media editing. You should also be comfortable with video editing platforms, image optimization, and CMS workflows. Basic understanding of front-end behavior (HTML/CSS basics) is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics tools to measure visual content performance.

Technical Skills

  1. Webflow (maintenance, updates, content management).
  2. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Affinity (Photo, Designer, Publisher), Canva
  3. Video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
  4. Responsive and mobile-first design skills.
  5. Knowledge of SEO-friendly design practices.
  6. CMS and content publishing workflows.

Human Skills

This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills. You should be able to take briefs from marketing colleagues and translate them into clear, attractive designs that reflect MorgenStreet’s premium positioning. Attention to detail is essential, as small errors in visuals or layouts can undermine trust with clients.

Creativity is at the core of your contribution, but it must be balanced with consistency and discipline — maintaining the established brand identity while also bringing fresh ideas. A proactive mindset will help you anticipate design needs and propose improvements rather than simply responding to requests. Finally, you should be comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment, while keeping your work aligned with the broader team goals.

Human Skills

  1. Clear communication and collaboration with remote teams.
  2. Attention to detail and quality assurance.
  3. Creativity balanced with consistency.
  4. Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  5. Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
  6. Ownership and pride in building a premium brand identity.

Growth Path

The Web & Media Designer role begins as a hands-on design and maintenance position, ensuring that MorgenStreet’s online presence is professional, functional, and consistent. Over time, as you demonstrate creative leadership and strategic insight, the role can evolve into Creative Lead — a position responsible for defining brand guidelines, managing design systems, and directing freelancers or external agencies.

Growth Path Milestones

  1. Consistent, high-quality execution of Webflow updates and design assets.
  2. Ownership of MorgenStreet’s design library and brand identity system.
  3. Introduction of innovative design and media concepts that improve brand visibility.
  4. Strategic input into marketing campaigns through creative direction.
  5. Evolution into a Creative Lead role with responsibility for brand design strategy and vendor management.
