Internship
MorgenStreet is a boutique real estate agency based in Oberursel (Taunus) near Frankfurt am Main, with international reach. We help clients buy and sell premium residential properties and invest in real estate by combining trust, creativity, and a deep commitment to exceptional client experiences. Our customers include local homeowners and international buyers, and investors who value our professional service with a personal touch.
Our mission is to empower families and investors to turn their property dreams into reality while shaping a future of impactful and sustainable real estate practices.
We are a remote-first company — our team works from around the world, from Germany to Mauritius to Guatemala. What connects us is a shared culture of trust, ownership, and long-term thinking. We value entrepreneurial spirit, creativity backed by data, and building genuine relationships with our clients.
At MorgenStreet, you will create outstanding client experiences while building a globally connected brand. Every team member plays a vital role in shaping our culture and driving our success.
As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital supporting role in MorgenStreet’s marketing operations. You will ensure campaigns run smoothly, content is delivered on time, and reporting is accurate. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and proactive, who enjoys keeping projects organized and contributing directly to the success of a growing boutique real estate agency. It is a freelance, fully remote position that gives you the opportunity to develop your skills while working in an international environment.
As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the operational backbone of our campaigns. You will schedule and publish content across social media, newsletters, blogs, and other digital channels, ensuring consistent brand presence. You will also update property listings and support the preparation of marketing materials so that every client touchpoint reflects MorgenStreet’s premium positioning.
In addition to content, you will manage reporting. This means collecting data, updating dashboards, and ensuring the marketing team has accurate insights into campaign performance. You’ll support ad campaigns and email distributions, handle research into competitors and market trends, and assist with referral and review initiatives that strengthen client loyalty.
Your work will be highly collaborative: you’ll coordinate closely with the Marketing Manager and freelancers, ensuring that everyone has what they need to deliver on time. By keeping projects organized and tasks completed, you will help the broader team focus on creative and strategic work.
You bring 1–2 years of experience in marketing or administration, ideally with exposure to digital tools and platforms. You know how to manage social media scheduling, work with CMS systems, and are comfortable navigating reporting dashboards. You are highly organized, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
While you may not yet be deeply specialized, you have a willingness to learn and the motivation to take ownership of tasks. A proactive attitude and ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting are essential.
The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Marketing Manager (or directly to the Head of Marketing or Founder until that role is filled). You will provide weekly updates on tasks, deliverables, and reporting accuracy. Success in this role is measured not only by the completion of tasks but also by the consistency and quality of your contributions.
You will be evaluated on the reliability of reporting, the timeliness of scheduled content, and the degree to which your support enables the marketing team to perform at a higher level.
Key Performance Metrics
The Marketing Coordinator role requires solid working knowledge of common digital platforms. You should be comfortable with social media scheduling tools, basic CMS management, and handling analytics dashboards. You will also work with spreadsheets, reporting templates, and project management tools to keep campaigns on track. Familiarity with email marketing tools, ad platforms, or graphic design basics is a plus but not mandatory.
Technical Skills
Strong human skills are essential for success in this role. You should be dependable and detail-oriented, ensuring that tasks are completed correctly and on time. Communication is key — you will frequently coordinate with managers, freelancers, and other team members, so clarity and responsiveness matter.
Organization is one of your strengths: you can manage multiple tasks at once, prioritize effectively, and keep projects moving forward. You’re also proactive, spotting what needs to be done and taking initiative rather than waiting for direction. Finally, you approach your work with integrity and a collaborative spirit, contributing to the trust-based culture that defines MorgenStreet.
Human Skills
The Marketing Coordinator role is designed as an entry-to-mid-level position that grows with your skills and performance. In the beginning, you will focus on tactical support and reporting, but as you build experience, you can take on more responsibility in campaign management, content strategy, and digital optimization.
Over time, strong performers can step up into a Marketing Specialist position, managing their own channels or campaigns, and eventually progress toward a Marketing Manager role. This progression provides opportunities for both deepening technical expertise and developing leadership capabilities.
