MorgenStreet is a boutique real estate agency based in Oberursel (Taunus) near Frankfurt am Main, with international reach. We help clients buy and sell premium residential properties and invest in real estate by combining trust, creativity, and a deep commitment to exceptional client experiences. Our customers include local homeowners and international buyers, and investors who value our professional service with a personal touch.

Our mission is to empower families and investors to turn their property dreams into reality while shaping a future of impactful and sustainable real estate practices.

We are a remote-first company — our team works from around the world, from Germany to Mauritius to Guatemala. What connects us is a shared culture of trust, ownership, and long-term thinking. We value entrepreneurial spirit, creativity backed by data, and building genuine relationships with our clients.

At MorgenStreet, you will create outstanding client experiences while building a globally connected brand. Every team member plays a vital role in shaping our culture and driving our success.

Role Overview

As Marketing Manager, you will serve as the bridge between strategy and execution, turning MorgenStreet’s growth plans into tangible results. You will own the end-to-end campaign execution process, managing freelancers and channels to ensure that every marketing dollar contributes meaningfully to lead generation and brand consistency. This position is freelance, fully remote, and designed to work seamlessly under a Head of Marketing (or directly with the Founder until that role is filled).

Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will take MorgenStreet’s marketing concepts and bring them to life. You’ll design and run multichannel campaigns (including digital ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, and print) to attract qualified leads. Alongside that, you will manage acquisition funnels—testing landing pages, optimizing flows, and ensuring leads are nurtured toward appointments.

Your role extends into content coordination: you’ll supervise content creation across blog posts, social media, property listings, and promotional materials, ensuring that everything aligns with MorgenStreet’s brand voice and aesthetics. You’ll also handle coordination with external vendors and freelancers—briefing designers, ad specialists, videographers, or copywriters—to ensure deliverables align with campaign goals.

You will track and analyze the performance of each campaign, reporting metrics like cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Based on your findings, you’ll make tactical recommendations and iterate rapidly—scaling what works, killing what doesn’t. Through consistent execution, you will maintain brand coherence across all channels while driving measurable business growth.

Experience

You bring 3 or more years of marketing experience, ideally in roles where execution was your primary focus. Your track record includes managing multichannel campaigns and driving measurable results. You are highly proficient with digital marketing tools—running paid campaigns, optimizing SEO, managing social media, and leveraging analytics. You know how to turn numbers into action, using data to refine performance and increase efficiency.

Beyond technical skills, your sense of branding and storytelling is strong — you understand how to shape messaging that resonates, builds trust, and reinforces brand identity. You are organized, adaptable, and capable of juggling multiple projects without losing quality. Most importantly, you are motivated to take ownership of your work and deliver results independently, even in a remote environment.

Reporting & Success Metrics

You will report to the Head of Marketing (or to the Founder until that role is filled). You will provide weekly campaign updates, track and present key metrics, and be responsible for the performance of every campaign under your control. Your reporting will shape decisions about budget allocation, channel prioritization, and creative direction.

Your success will be gauged by your ability to consistently deliver high-quality leads at efficient cost, maintain strong campaign performance, and uphold the MorgenStreet brand experience. You will be accountable for optimizing campaigns and contributing to growth.

Core Performance Metrics

  1. Qualified leads generated per month
  2. ROI of individual campaigns
  3. Cost per lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  4. Growth in web traffic and social engagement
  5. Timely delivery and consistency of campaigns

Technical Skills

Your work will depend on mastery of digital marketing systems and tools. You should excel at using ad platforms, social media tools, and campaign management systems, and be comfortable manipulating landing pages and funnels. Strong competency with analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics), conversion tracking, and A/B testing is expected. You should also know how to coordinate content management (CMS) and basic web performance optimization. Managing creative production workflows—guiding designers, video producers, or external agencies—is part of your role, so experience with those disciplines is highly valued.

Key Technical Skills

  1. Ad campaign setup and optimization (social, search, display)
  2. SEO best practices and keyword strategy
  3. Analytics, tracking, and performance reporting
  4. Funnel design, landing pages, and conversion optimization
  5. CMS management and website support
  6. Vendor / creative coordination

Human Skills

In a remote and fast-paced environment, your human skills will be vital to your success. You communicate clearly and confidently, able to present strategies, campaign results, and insights to both creative contributors and leadership. You’re a storyteller—capable of crafting persuasive messaging and internal narratives that align teams. Organized and proactive, you manage deadlines and stakeholders with ease.

You collaborate well, even at a distance, fostering trust among remote freelancers and internal colleagues. You carry an entrepreneurial spirit: you take initiative, embrace ambiguity, and solve problems creatively. Finally, you ground your work in integrity — building relationships, earning trust, and staying aligned with MorgenStreet’s values at every turn.

Key Human Skills

  1. Clear and confident communication
  2. Storytelling & consistent brand narrative
  3. Strong organizational and project management
  4. Collaboration across remote teams
  5. Initiative and resourcefulness
  6. Trust-building and integrity

Growth Path

This Marketing Manager role begins as a hands-on execution role, supporting growth and brand efforts from day one. As you consistently deliver results, your responsibilities may expand into leadership zones: taking on strategy development, owning parts of the marketing funnel, and gradually shifting into a Head of Marketing capacity. Over time, you may lead a small team of coordinators or freelancers, influence campaign strategy, and play a core role in shaping MorgenStreet’s marketing direction.

Milestones on the Growth Path

  1. Solid execution and consistency in campaign delivery
  2. Ownership of a full funnel channel (e.g. paid/social/SEO)
  3. Strategy input and creative direction
  4. Process development and automation
  5. Oversight of support roles & freelancers
  6. Transition into Head of Marketing responsibilities
